Registration fee is $20.00, non-refundable, one per family

Camp hours:
9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Free early drop off:  7:30 am – 9:00 am
Free late pick up:  4:00 pm – 4:30 pm

Lunch:
*Due to allergy concerns, parents must provide lunch and two snacks per day for their child.

Summer Camp Refund Policy

We are committed to operating the AIM summer camp season for you and your family. If AIM summer camps do not operate due to state or county health orders or mandates, or if AIM cancels in whole, or in part, you will receive a full refund for tuition paid for impacted sessions minus the non-refundable $20 registration fee per family.

If you cancel: If you enroll in any of our summer camps and your plan changes, you can receive a refund for camp tuition paid as follows:

  • If you cancel 14 days prior to camp start date: you will receive a full refund for tuition paid minus a 5% credit card processing fee.  The $20.00 registration fee is non-refundable.
  • If you cancel 13 – 7 days prior to camp start date: you will receive 50% refund for tuition paid minus a 5% credit card processing fee.  The $20.00 registration fee is non-refundable.
  • If you cancel a week prior to camp start date: tuition is non-refundable.

No Shows: Participants who do not attend their registered camp session (for any reason, including illness or vacation) or who do not contact AIM in a timely matter will NOT receive a refund or credit.
