His experience also includes a year as an assistant coach at Boca Ciega High School and work with several indoor football programs throughout St. Petersburg, FL, giving him a well‑rounded perspective on player development.
“I find the most joy in working with youth athletes because seeing them fall in love with the sport is what makes coaching so fulfilling.”

Coach Victor brings over a decade of playing experience to Always in Motion, with 12 combined years competing at Florida Kraze Krush (FKK) and Timber Creek High School. His strong foundation as a player fuels his passion for developing young athletes both on and off the field.
He currently serves as an assistant coach at Discovery Middle School, where he not only teaches the game but also mentors students as they grow in confidence, discipline, and teamwork.
“Watching them grow in skill, confidence, and teamwork is incredibly rewarding. Coaching has given me the opportunity to give back to soccer in a meaningful way, and I’m excited for what’s to come in this journey.”
